All spatial or record-update requests should be sent to ttg_edits@ttgforestry.com. This includes:
  • Map updates
  • Inventory updates and estimates
  • Land sale spatial updates
  • Silviculture and Timber Sales (TS) operations updates
  • Any other request involving record changes

The Blackout (or Lockout) Period is typically the 10 days prior to quarter-end. Staff must pause all system updates during this time to ensure client reports are generated without fluctuations.

Not allowed during Blackout:
  • Map updates
  • Inventory uploads
  • Harvesting contract creation or closing
  • Any data updates affecting asset valuation
Allowed during Blackout:
  • Silviculture contract creation
  • Silviculture payment requests

LRM manages stand-level silviculture service contracts, including: Fertilization, Inventory, Pest Control, Regeneration (planting), Release, and Site Preparation.

Not required in LRM: General services not tied to a stand (e.g., fence repair, road maintenance) — send those directly to Fund Services.

Timber Sales: All timber sales contracts must be initiated in LRM (requirement effective August 2018).

Adding a New Vendor (compliance & background-check required):

  1. Request the vendor setup form from SH-FundAdminTimber@btgpactual.com.
  2. Copy LRM.Support on the request.
  3. After D365 approval, the vendor appears in LRM automatically (~1 hour).

Adding a New Customer (logger / mill): Request the new customer form from Fund Services, fill it out, and email it back to the same contacts.

  1. Review the Troubleshooting section (Step 8 below).
  2. If the issue persists, contact lrm.support@ttgforestry.com.

LRM has some known glitches and bugs. This session covers the main ones and how to troubleshoot them yourself.
